• Which calendars does Punctual see? Every calendar your Mac knows about. Add Google or Microsoft 365 accounts in System Settings → Internet Accounts with Calendars enabled, and choose which calendars count in Punctual's Settings.
• The countdown box didn't appear. Check that calendar access is granted (System Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars) and that the meeting's calendar is ticked in Punctual → Settings.
• How do I change the clock style or size? Menu bar → Settings… — Minimal, Split-Flap, or Flip Clock, in three sizes.
• Does Punctual use my location? No. It never asks for location access. The map on an in-person meeting is looked up from the address in the invite.
• How do I manage or cancel a subscription? In System Settings → your Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions, or from the App Store app. Punctual cannot see or change your billing.
• I bought the lifetime unlock and moved Mac. Open Punctual → the purchase screen → Restore, signed in with the same Apple ID.
